ae67 Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ae67 platform at ae67.app, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the ae67 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the ae67 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and ae67. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ae67 platform and close your account. Continued use of ae67 after any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

ae67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ae67 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.1 Scope of Agreement

These Terms apply to all users of ae67, including registered account holders, visitors who browse without registering, and any person who accesses ae67 via a mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other permitted access method. ae67 does not currently offer a native downloadable application; access is via web browser only.

1.2 Language of Agreement

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall be the authoritative version. ae67 targets players in Bangladesh and all support communications are conducted in English.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

ae67 strictly prohibits access to or use of its platform by any person under the age of 18. This restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. It is not possible to create an ae67 account, make a deposit, or place any wager if you are under 18 years of age, regardless of parental consent or any other circumstance.

By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and will remain so throughout your use of the ae67 platform.
• You are accessing ae67 voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not accessing ae67 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law applicable to you personally.
• The funds you deposit with ae67 are legitimately yours and are not proceeds of criminal activity.
• You are not a professional athlete, sports official, or team employee in a sport on which ae67 offers betting markets, where placing bets on that sport would constitute a conflict of interest or breach of governing body rules.

2.1 Geographic Eligibility

ae67 is designed and operated for players located in Bangladesh. Players are responsible for determining whether online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable to them in their specific location. ae67 makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling under any specific local law and accepts no liability for players who access the platform in contravention of applicable local law.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full ae67 platform — including depositing, wagering, and withdrawing — you must register a verified account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. ae67 will rely on the information you provide; any inaccuracy may result in account suspension, withdrawal delays, or permanent closure.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When creating an ae67 account, you must provide at minimum:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• A valid, active email address that you own and control.
• A Bangladesh mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS messages (required for two-factor authentication).
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• A secure password of at least 8 characters, containing a mix of letters and numbers.

You must not register using false names, pseudonyms, or another person's identity. Impersonation is grounds for immediate and permanent account closure.

3.2 KYC — Know Your Customer Verification

ae67 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts, particularly before processing withdrawals above ৳10,000. KYC documentation may include:

• National Identity Card (NID), Passport, or Birth Registration Certificate as proof of identity and age.
• A utility bill, bank statement, or official letter dated within 90 days as proof of address.
• A screenshot or confirmation of your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account showing ownership, to verify payment method ownership.

ae67 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals while KYC documentation is being reviewed. Standard KYC review is completed within 1–3 business days of receiving complete documentation. Players who refuse to complete KYC verification may have their withdrawal requests declined and their accounts restricted.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one ae67 account. Multiple accounts registered to the same person — identified by shared name, email address, mobile number, device, IP address, payment method, or physical address — are considered duplicate accounts. ae67 will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held within them. If you believe a duplicate account was created in error, contact ae67 support immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on ae67 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ae67 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. There are no currency conversion fees applied by ae67; what you deposit in ৳ is credited to your ae67 account balance in ৳ at face value.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

ae67 currently accepts deposits via the following methods:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳500 per transaction.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank — minimum deposit ৳1,000 per transaction.

Deposits via mobile wallet are typically credited to your ae67 account balance within 5–15 minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours during banking hours. ae67 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit on the same ae67 account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and payment fraud. ae67 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts, new payment methods that have not been used for deposits, or international bank accounts.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 for mobile wallets, ৳1,000 for bank transfers.
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction: ৳50,000 for mobile wallets, ৳200,000 for bank transfers.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed within 15–30 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are settled within 1–2 business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• KYC verification is required before any withdrawal exceeding ৳10,000 can be processed.

4.3 Pending Withdrawal Policy

ae67 operates a zero-hour pending withdrawal period for verified accounts — once a withdrawal is approved, it is dispatched immediately without a hold period. For unverified accounts, ae67 may hold withdrawal requests pending KYC completion for up to 5 business days. If KYC is not completed within 5 business days, the withdrawal request will be cancelled and returned to the player's ae67 balance.

5. Bonus & Promotional Terms

ae67 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is presented to you. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence for the matter in question.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to an ae67 account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (for example, 25x means the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times). Until the wagering requirement is satisfied in full, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds remain non-withdrawable. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is displayed clearly on the bonus offer page before opt-in.

5.2 Bonus Validity Period

All ae67 bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Any bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that remain outstanding at the end of the validity period will be automatically cancelled. Unused bonus funds cannot be extended, transferred, or cashed out.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ae67 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus more than once; placing low-risk or near-certain outcome bets specifically to satisfy wagering requirements (commonly referred to as "bonus whoring" or "bonus hunting"); exploiting technical errors or software bugs to generate artificial credits; and using automated betting software to fulfil wagering requirements. ae67 reserves the right to void bonuses, void winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

5.4 Seasonal and Bangladesh-Specific Promotions

ae67 periodically runs promotional offers tied to the Bangladesh calendar — including Eid bonus offers, Pohela Boishakh free spins, Victory Day reload bonuses (December 16), Independence Day specials (March 26), and BPL cricket odds boosts. These promotions are available exclusively to registered ae67 players and are subject to individual offer terms published at the time of each promotion. ae67 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or substitute any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered ae67 player, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, balance forfeiture, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering an ae67 account if you are under 18 years of age.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating more than one ae67 account, whether in your own name or using false identities.
• Sharing your ae67 account credentials with any other person or allowing any third party to operate your account.
• Using automated software, scripts, bots, or any artificial means to interact with ae67 games, markets, or the ae67 platform interface.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or misconfiguration in ae67 games or systems for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected software error are void.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer, or any other multi-player game.
• Depositing funds to ae67 using payment credentials that do not belong to you, or using stolen, fraudulent, or compromised payment methods.
• Attempting to launder money or use ae67 as a vehicle for any financial crime, including structuring transactions to avoid KYC thresholds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ae67 support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the ae67 platform, its software, or its content.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

ae67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, is occurring, or is likely to occur. ae67 may take such action with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the suspected breach.

7.1 Suspension Procedure

When an account is suspended, the player will be notified by email to their registered address. During suspension, the player will be unable to log in, make deposits, place wagers, or request withdrawals. ae67 will conduct an investigation and aim to resolve the matter within 10 business days. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and all suspended funds released. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be permanently closed in accordance with section 7.2.

7.2 Account Closure & Balance Forfeiture

Where ae67 closes an account due to a confirmed breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, underage gambling, bonus abuse, or multiple account creation — any balance held in that account may be forfeited in full. ae67 will not pay out winnings generated through activity that breaches these Terms. If forfeiture is applied, ae67 will notify the player by email with the reason for the decision.

7.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may voluntarily close their ae67 account at any time by contacting ae67 support via live chat or email. Before closing, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Voluntary account closure does not prevent a player from opening a new account in the future, unless the closure was requested as part of a self-exclusion programme — in which case the self-exclusion terms apply.

7.4 Dormant Accounts

An ae67 account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. ae67 will attempt to notify the player by email before applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month to the account balance. If the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and contacting support.

8. Limitation of Liability

ae67 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While ae67 takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, error-free service, ae67 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary platform unavailability.

8.1 Game Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction or software error affecting any game — including live dealer games, slots, crash games, or sports betting markets — ae67 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. ae67 will not pay out winnings that were generated as a direct result of a software error, regardless of whether the error was known or unknown at the time. ae67 will notify affected players as promptly as reasonably possible when a malfunction voids are applied.

8.2 Third-Party Game Providers

ae67 partners with third-party certified game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Games supplied by these providers operate on the provider's own certified random number generator (RNG) systems. ae67 is not responsible for malfunctions, errors, or service interruptions originating from third-party game provider systems, though ae67 will make every reasonable effort to facilitate resolution on the player's behalf.

8.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ae67's total cumulative liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the ae67 platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ae67 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of data.

8.4 Governing Terms & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fair play and responsible platform operation as ae67 applies them across its Bangladesh player base. In the event of any dispute between a player and ae67 regarding a wager outcome, bonus calculation, withdrawal processing, or account decision, the player should first contact ae67 support via live chat or email to attempt resolution. ae67 commits to responding to all formal disputes within 5 business days with a reasoned decision. ae67's decision on disputes is final unless the player can demonstrate a clear error of fact.
